I do not know of any such book, however; don't let that stop you from training with the poles. You know your body pretty well I am sure. You could take the pole and simply play with it, move it around you in ways that stretch you and eventually you will have a basic outline of how to stretch your body with the pole. Granted the book will heavily help you with this exercise, yet adding your own taste to it makes it more a "personal art" as well.
