Thank you so much for the videos. I am presently doing Dahn Yoga and find the concepts are similar. My question....do you have qi gong videos that deal specifically with each meridian. And I have a challenge with tight hips and groin area.....are there exercises geared to that as well?

I like the way you teach....it is easy, straight forward and flowing.

Hi Sharon,

I'm glad you are enjoying the videos. All of our exercises deal with specific acupoints and energy channels. I'll summarize a few here: The golden light meditation works with three primary energy channels / meridians: Chong Mai, Ren Mai and Du Mai.

For your tight hips and groin, look at the exercise in the Health Vitality exercises which I call the "thrusting vessel" lift. The thrusting vessel is another term for the conception channel. This exercise is very good for "opening up" this area which is what you need to release the tension.

One major point to note: As I say in the video when doing the exercise ensure you feel your leg is being lifted by the knee. Don't use your upper thigh to left the leg. Lift with your knee.

I go into the details of all the acupoints and energy channels each exercise works with in the premium videos.

I hope that helps.

Any other questions feel free to ask.
