I have been diagnosed with Osteopenia in my spine. I have been told to do some bone marrow washing qigong. Do you have any videos of this style(s) and if not, where can I get them?

Hi Brina,
I do not have any videos of that but I do have knowledge of it personally. From what I know of the style, it is not especially suited for beginners.
The Chinese term for it is "Xi Sui Jing" (or Shii Soei Ching) (Marrow/Brain Washing Classic). You can google those terms and find more information about it.
I have a book by Dr. Yang Jwing-Ming which has the details on the style and methods.
Here is a link to Dr. Yang's book and his website:

I hope that helps.

Hi Brina,
There are several videos on this site which help the spine. The Golden Light Meditation is especially good for the spine as we focus on individual vertebrae quite a bit within the meditation. Also the Vitality exercises are good. However, I would caution you to be careful when performing all of these exercises, especially when first learning.
The spine is very delicate even if we are only contemplating the individual vertebrae during meditation.
Any other questions please ask away.
Good luck to you,
-Bill
