| Personal Training Schedule Released |

I just posted a new personal training schedule. It’s a six week training plan designed to help
you efficiently learn all of the ideas feelings and movements within the Qigong and meditation
exercises included in our Qigong Secrets program. This training plan is for our premium members.
I patterned this schedule around one I have used myself for many years. It’s very similar to
the schedule my master used to train me with many years ago. The schedule lays out the exact
exercises you should do each day. It starts slowly but by the end of the six weeks you will
have learned everything in our program and will be able to perform the Qigong on your own.
Some people feel they learn better without a specific schedule, however, I would highly encourage
you to follow the schedule when you first start. Adhering to this plan will ensure you stay on
track and learn everything at the proper pace.

I am very excited to announce our Free premium membership giveaway.
In about a week from now I will be officially releasing our premium videos and our Qi Gong Secrets - Personal
Training Program. As I release these new items I will be
giving away five free premium memberships.
We are trying to build
this website into an interactive community through which we can share
personal experiences and learn from one another. A very important
part of the community is the member forum. Through the forum you can
post your questions, feelings, personal experiences, get help on your journey
in exploring this arts or help others who are starting their journey.
We currently have over 600 members in our community. If we get some
conversations going at the forum we will take a large step towards
building a vibrant, active community.
I'm using this contest to initiate participation at the forum.
To be eligible to receive one of our free memberships you must visit
our forum and make at least one post. Your post can be regarding Qi Gong,
Meditation or related arts.
The day before I release the premium membership I will choose the best

You are taking part of our special "Sneak Peak" of Qi Gong Live! I want to personally thank you for signing up
and appreciate you taking the time to browse around our website during this initial "testing" phase.
We invited only a handful of people to join us during this phase.
This is a state of the art website that streams various types of media including high resolution videos and audios to our
members. Before we can release it to the general public we must ensure our infrastructure can handle the tremendous amount of
resources required to deliver this high quality content.
Our goal is to create much more than just another website about Qi Gong. We want to create a community of people with like
minded interests that can learn and experience Qi Gong together in a safe, peaceful and friendly environment. I hope you find our website
a useful tool on your journey to discover the ancient art of Qi Gong and other related arts.
There are numerous Free Qi Gong videos, audio and other material for you to access. Very soon we'll be adding
a forum through which you can interact with other members of Qi Gong Live and share your knowledge, thoughts, questions
and anything else you feel like chatting about.
