Let go of the stresses of the day and calm your mind before ending the day.
As the class begins, you are guided through our unique Golden Light Meditation. This meditation calms
our mind and heightens our senses while also generally stimulating acupoints and energy channels throughout
our entire body.
Then we smoothly transition into our Energy Gathering Qi Gong. Slow graceful movements and mindfulness of
our internal energy come together to produce a relaxing and energizing Qi Gong beneficial to both beginners
and experienced students.
