Meditation & Qi Gong – Level 1
Our level 1 class is a mixture of meditation and Qi Gong. Included in the class is our Golden Light Meditation and Energy Gathering Qi Gong. All of our level 1 classes contain a healthy balance of exercises that are great for beginners while also stimulating high levels of energy for our more advanced students.
Morning Vitality Exercises
In this class I'll go through our complete health vitality exercise set. This is our most active style of Qi Gong currently in our program. We work every part of our body from head to toe. This Qi Gong set will cultivate energy throughout your entire body!
Introduction to the Principles of Balance
This is a very special class in which I’ll be introducing the Five Principles of Balance. This is the first time these principles have been revealed on Qi Gong Live! Through the principles of balance we learn how we can properly move our body in a balanced, efficient almost effortless manner. Using these principles help to ensure our body remains balanced not only during exercise but also throughout our daily life.
Mid-Day Stress Relief
In our Stress Relief class we focus on relieving tension in our jaw, neck, shoulders and upper back. We do a few sitting Qi Gong exercises designed to alleviate stress in these areas then proceed with our Golden Light Meditation.

Let go of the stresses of the day and calm your mind before ending the day. As the class begins, you are guided through our unique Golden Light Meditation. This meditation calms our mind and heightens our senses while also generally stimulating acupoints and energy channels throughout our entire body. Then we smoothly transition into our Energy Gathering Qi Gong. Slow graceful movements and mindfulness of our internal energy come together to produce a relaxing and energizing Qi Gong beneficial to both beginners and experienced students.
